Ash Fork had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Grand Canyon Phantoms as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Ash Fork took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-11, 25-7.

Eva Flores paced Ash Fork's offense, picking up nine kills. Flores got some help from Arlette Sotelo-Ayala and her 20 assists. Isabella Acosta and Gracie Staples kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with five aces apiece.

Ash Fork's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Grand Canyon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Ash Fork wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against El Capitan on the 23rd. As for Grand Canyon, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Seligman on the 26th.
