 The Hatboro-Horsham Hatters will head out on the road to  square off against  the Avon Grove Red Devils at 3:45  p.m.  on Wednesday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many  runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.
 Hatboro-Horsham's hitters might be in the hot seat  on Wednesday considering what happened against Quakertown  on Thursday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost  3-0 to the Panthers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Hatboro-Horsham just can't catch a break and has now endured three losses in a row.
 Meanwhile, Avon Grove had just enough and edged Coatesville out  2-1 on Monday. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Avon Grove.
  Brayden Gregg looked comfortable as he  didn't allow a single  earned run over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in seven consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side, Avon Grove's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Aidan Casey, who  went 1-for-2 with a  triple and a  run.
 Hatboro-Horsham now  has a losing record at 7-8. As for Avon Grove, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last eight matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record  this season.
 Hatboro-Horsham skirted past Avon Grove  5-4 in their previous meeting  back in May of 2017. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hatboro-Horsham since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
