North Kingstown proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 22) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They pulled ahead with a 29-28 photo finish over the Central Knights. Winning may never get old, but the Skippers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

North Kingstown's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Nickolas Stafford led the charge by rushing for 262 yards and two scores while picking up 10.9 yards per carry. Stafford's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 132 rushing yards. Jack Diano helped out on the ground, rushing for 84 yards and a rushing touchdown.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: North Kingstown was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 408 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 198 rushing yards in four consecutive games.
