Basketball Recap: Springboro Triumphs

Springboro won the last time they faced Richmond and things went their way on Saturday too. The Panthers walked away with a 65-55 win over the Red Devils.

Despite the loss, Richmond still got an impressive performance from Eli Hubbard, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 13 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Dom McKinley, who posted 12 points and six rebounds.

Springboro now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Richmond, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Springboro will take on Miamisburg at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Richmond, they will challenge Northeastern at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Red Devils' defense better be ready for this one: the Knights have averaged an impressive 53.3 points per game this season.
