Soccer Recap: Bethlehem Takes a Loss

Bethlehem lost against Louisville Collegiate back in August of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles/Banshees came up short against the Amazons & Titans, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Bethlehem can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky soccer rankings (they are ranked 36th, while Louisville Collegiate are ranked fourth).

Bethlehem's loss dropped their record down to 9-4-1. As for Louisville Collegiate, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-2.

Bethlehem wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 5-0 win against Prestonsburg on the 20th. As for Louisville Collegiate, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, an 8-0 victory against Oneida Baptist Institute on the 20th.
