Softball Recap: New Haven Takes a Loss

New Haven fell victim to Grosse Pointe South and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 10-0 to the Blue Devils. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Rockets were not able to get on the board.

New Haven saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jerikah Bowman Class 2026, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

New Haven's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Grosse Pointe South, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. New Haven will face off against Fraser at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Grosse Pointe South, they will take on Marine City at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
