Ramapo is a perfect 10-0 against Hackensack since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Raiders will host the Comets at 4:15 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Ramapo is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Ramsey just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Wednesday. They lost 11-0 to the Rams. The game marked the first time this year in which the Raiders were not able to get on the board.

Ridgewood hit Hackensack with a nine-run first inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Comets came up short against the Maroons, falling 13-2. The Comets have struggled against the Maroons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Giada Oates was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with one stolen base and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Briana Darling, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Ramapo's defeat dropped their record down to 14-3. As for Hackensack, their loss dropped their record down to 7-12-1.

Everything went Ramapo's way against Hackensack in their previous matchup on April 10th, as Ramapo made off with a 16-0 win. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Comets turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
