Volleyball Recap: Victory Christian Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against Tabernacle Christian on Thursday, Victory Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Patriots came up short against the Southview Christian Conquerors on Friday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Conquerors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-11, 25-9.

Victory Christian Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Southview Christian, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Coming up, Victory Christian Academy will take on Victory Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southview Christian, they will challenge Rockwell Christian School at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
