Softball Recap: Southwick Regional Comes Up Short

Southwick Regional was the 17-10 winner over Holyoke when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Southwick Regional came up short against Holyoke on Monday, falling 16-3.

Southwick Regional saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Harper Lightcap, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Southwick Regional's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Southwick Regional will square off against Chicopee at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holyoke, they will face off against Ware at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
