Recap: Muncie Central Bearcats vs. Pendleton Heights Arabians
The Muncie Central Bearcats won the last time they faced the Pendleton Heights Arabians, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Muncie Central snuck past Pendleton Heights with a 53-48 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Muncie Central.
Brady McNabb went supernova for Muncie Central, scoring 15 points along with five assists and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Lj Strange, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
Pendleton Heights lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Aaron Cookston, who scored seven points along with five assists. Cooper Sims was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with two steals.
Muncie Central's win bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Pendleton Heights, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Muncie Central will take on Harrison at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Harrison has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 175 points over their last three contests. As for Pendleton Heights, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Mississinewa at 2:30 p.m.
