Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tuckerman). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Mammoth Spring Bears a 20-0 shutout on Wednesday. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by nine runs or more this season.

Tuckerman pushed their record up to 12-7 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Mammoth Spring, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, Tuckerman will venture away from home to face off against Walnut Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mammoth Spring, they will welcome Sloan-Hendrix at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
