Collegiate barely beat Norfolk Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cougars blew past the Bulldogs 5-1 on Friday. The result was nothing new for Collegiate, who have now won five contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Norfolk Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Reid Campbell (3), Taha Aluaddin, and Nasir Diggs-Majied.

Collegiate's win bumped their record up to 6-1-1. As for Norfolk Academy, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1-1.

Coming up, Collegiate will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Cristo Rey at 4:30 p.m. As for Norfolk Academy, they are taking a road trip to take on Nansemond-Suffolk Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
