Soccer Recap: Bunn Comes Up Short

Bunn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 5-0 to the Rocky Mount Gryphons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Rocky Mount this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-1 back in March.

Bunn's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Rocky Mount, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bunn will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Franklinton at 4:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Rocky Mount, they will challenge Nash Central at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
