Baseball Recap: Heights Bulldogs vs. Memorial Mustangs
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Heights can now relate to. They fell just short of the Memorial Mustangs by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 4-0 to the Mustangs when the teams met back in February of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Adam Torres was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he tossed 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in March.
