Soccer Recap: Wren Comes Up Short

After flying high against Seneca on Wednesday, Wren came back down to earth. The Hurricanes fell just short of the Daniel Lions by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. Considering the last time Wren couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Wren moved to 18-5-1 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Daniel, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.
