Baseball Recap: Friday's Loss Ends Piqua's Winning Streak

If Piqua was feeling good fresh off their 9-0 takedown of West Carrollton on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Piqua fell 5-2 to Stebbins on Friday. Piqua was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Stebbins apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Owen Shawler made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one triple and one RBI.
