Morgan is a perfect 10-0 against Hale Ray since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Morgan Huskies will be playing at home against the Hale Ray Noises at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Morgan is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They strolled past Thomaston with points to spare, taking the game 42-27. Given the Huskies' advantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut basketball rankings (they are ranked 30th, while the Bears are ranked 113th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Morgan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sadie Passante, who shot 44% from the field on her way to 16 points in addition to five assists and five steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Passante has scored at least a third of Morgan's points. Emma Teuner was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and 12 boards.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Hale Ray, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They put the hurt on St. Bernard with a sharp 56-31 win on Wednesday.

Hale Ray pushed their record up to 18-5 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Morgan, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

Morgan took their win against Hale Ray in their previous matchup two weeks ago by a conclusive 65-39. Will Morgan repeat their success, or does Hale Ray have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
