Football Game Preview: Eastlake Wolves vs. Bothell Cougars + How To Watch

The Eastlake Wolves will take on the Bothell Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Eastlake has struggled recently with three losses in a row, while Bothell will arrive with three straight victories.

On Saturday, Eastlake lost to Bellevue on the road by a 42-24 margin.

Eastlake's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Myles Johnson, who rushed for 176 yards and one score while picking up 8.8 yards per carry, and Brady Vandermeid, who rushed for 49 yards and a pair of TDs.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Bothell duked it out with Mount Si on Friday. The Cougars took down the Wildcats 30-15.

Bothell found their leader in sophomore Mylez Welch, who rushed for 102 yards on only 13 carries. Welch is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 102 every time he's taken the field this season. Kyle Sychov also deserves some recognition as he posted his first receiving yards of the season.

Eastlake's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Bothell, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.
