Forks is 8-2 against Hoquiam since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The two teams will round out the year against one another at at 2:30 p.m. Forks knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Hoquiam likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Forks earned a 58-51 victory over Montesano. Given the Spartans' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 313th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Hoquiam was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 55-39 to Ocosta.

Forks pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points per game. As for Hoquiam, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Everything went Forks' way against Hoquiam in their previous matchup last Monday, as Forks made off with a 62-39 victory. Will Forks repeat their success, or does Hoquiam have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
