Basketball Preview: Woodstock Wolverines vs. Lassiter Trojans        
        
		
             Woodstock is 10-0 against Lassiter since January of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Tuesday. The Woodstock Wolverines will head out on the road to  face off against  the Lassiter Trojans  at 6:00  p.m. Woodstock is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.5  points per game  this season.
 Last Saturday, Woodstock lost to Paulding County on the road  by a   63-44 margin. The Wolverines have now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was  Bree Rogers, who  scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was  Cameron Schlichting, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on ten points and nine  rebounds.
 Even though they lost, Woodstock was working as a unit and  finished the game with 14  assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Paulding County only posted seven.
 Meanwhile, Lassiter didn't have quite enough to beat Model on Saturday and fell  55-53.
 Woodstock's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lassiter, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
 Everything came up roses for Woodstock against Lassiter when the teams last played  back in January of 2020, as the  squad secured  an  85-23 victory. In that  contest, Woodstock amassed a halftime lead of  41-14, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat  on Tuesday.
