Basketball Recap: Curry Comes Up Short

Curry suffered their biggest loss since November 13th on Friday. They had to suffer through a 70-34 loss at the hands of the Christian Heritage Lions. The Yellowjackets just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Curry's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Christian Heritage, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Curry will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sumiton Christian at 5:00 p.m. on January 5, 2026. As for Christian Heritage, they will finish 2025 at home by hosting Baylor at 6:00 p.m. on the 27th.
