Softball Recap: Hug Takes a Loss

Hug lost against South Tahoe on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hawks came up short against the Vikings, falling 20-2. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hug saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Daisy Torres, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Hug's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for South Tahoe, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-13 record this season.

Hug will square off against Truckee at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for South Tahoe, they will face off against Sparks at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
