Soccer Recap: Wareham Pushes Upper Cape Cod RVT to the Limit

Wareham fell victim to Upper Cape Cod RVT and their airtight defense on Friday. They fell just short of the Rams by a score of 1-0. Wareham have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wareham has now lost six of their last eight games at home. That's part of the reason why they have a 2-12-1 record this season. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 3-1 Bristol County Agricultural (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 67.2% over those games). As for Upper Cape Cod RVT, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-10-1.

Coming up, Upper Cape Cod RVT will square off against South Shore Vo-Tech at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Wareham will be paying especially close attention to the Rams' game: after the Rams face off against the Vikings, they'll take on Wareham again at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
