Basketball Game Preview: Cuba-Rushford Rebels vs. Fillmore Eagles

Cuba-Rushford is 0-10 against Fillmore since January of 2020 but things could change on Tuesday. The Cuba-Rushford Rebels will welcome the Fillmore Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Cuba-Rushford is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

Last Wednesday, Cuba-Rushford didn't have too much trouble with Bolivar-Richburg as they won 52-35. Given the Rebels' advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 259th, while the Wolverines are ranked 520th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Fillmore beat Andover 37-28 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Fillmore's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1. As for Cuba-Rushford, their win bumped their record up to 9-2.
