Chapman's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They strolled past the Abilene Cowboys with points to spare, taking the game 49-34. This was a revenge game for the Irish: when they faced off against the Cowboys back in January, they had to take a 40-37 loss.

Chapman's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-11 and their overall record up to 3-16. As for Abilene, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season.

Chapman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Abilene, they will square off against Rock Creek on Thursday.
