Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Austin Jones stepped things up a notch to give Perry Central the 'W'. Jones wasn't messing around, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. The match was also his third straight with at least one stolen base.

Jones and Perry Central will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Poplarville at 2:00 p.m. Perry Central hasn't beaten Poplarville recently, having gone 0-5 since April of 2015.
