Baseball Recap: Fremont Takes a Loss

Fremont lost against Orchard View back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Packers fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 5-4.

Chase Paulsen made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Brayden Crosley, who went 3-for-4 with two runs.

Fremont's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Orchard View, with the victory, they broke their nine-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-17.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Fremont beat the Cardinals by a score of 6-1 later that day.
