Soccer Recap: Liberty Christian Takes a Loss

Liberty Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Alamance Christian Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Alamance Christian this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in March.

Liberty Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Alamance Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-4.

Coming up, Liberty Christian will head out to take on Vandalia Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Liberty Christian will be up against Vandalia Christian's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.22 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Alamance Christian, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 6-0 defeat against Faith Christian on the 23rd.
