Volleyball Recap: Tuscola Takes a Loss

Tuscola was the 2-0 winner over Urbana when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers on Monday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Tuscola couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Urbana a tough time in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 30-28.

When it comes to explaining why Tuscola lost, don't look at Chloe Fowler. Despite the final result, she had six digs and five aces.

Tuscola's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Urbana, with the victory, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 5-16.

Tuscola has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Urbana University on the 8th. Urbana has also already played their next match (against Peoria Notre Dame), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
