Softball Recap: Bolles Takes a Loss

West Nassau hit Bolles with a four-run seventh inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bulldogs fell 10-6 to the Warriors. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Aleda Cashwell was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three RBI, two doubles, and one triple.

Bolles now has a losing record of 1-2. As for West Nassau, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Bolles will head out to square off against Trinity Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for West Nassau, they will venture away from home to take on Fernandina Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
