Volleyball Recap: Rich Township Comes Up Short

Rich Township was the 2-1 winner over Crete-Monee when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Raptors fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Raptors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Isis Shores was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had six digs and two aces.

Rich Township now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Crete-Monee, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Rich Township has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Aurora East on the 6th. As for Crete-Monee, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Thornton Fractional South on the 6th.
