Football Game Preview: Tri-Valley Mustangs vs. Lennox Orioles

The Tri-Valley Mustangs will head out on the road to challenge the Lennox Orioles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Tri-Valley will bounce into Thursday's matchup after beating Canton, who they had gone 0-6 against in their six prior meetings. The Mustangs came out on top against the C-Hawks by a score of 33-23 on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Lennox entered their tilt with Dell Rapids on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Quarriers 34-14. The Orioles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by 20 points or more this season.

Tri-Valley's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Lennox, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.

Tri-Valley was taken down by Lennox 41-0 when the teams last played last Friday. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
