Baseball Recap: Bald Eagle Area Extends Winning Streak to Four

Bald Eagle Area entered their tilt with Tyrone on Monday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with an 11-8 victory over the Golden Eagles. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 4-1 win the Golden Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2025.

Riley Bucha was incredible, going 3-for-4 with six RBI, one run, and one double. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Hayden Stimer was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.

Bald Eagle Area's record is now 12-4. As for Tyrone, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.

Looking ahead, Bald Eagle Area will face off against Hughesville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tyrone, they will challenge Bellefonte at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Golden Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Red Raiders have averaged an impressive 9.6 runs per game this season.
