Volleyball Recap: New Ulm Comes Up Short

New Ulm was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the West Salem Panthers.

New Ulm's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for West Salem, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

New Ulm wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Worthington on the 20th. As for West Salem, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Austin on the 20th.
