Recap: Wilbur-Creston-Keller Wildcats vs. Wellpinit Redskins
The Wilbur-Creston-Keller Wildcats pushed their score all the way to 63 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 73-63 to Wellpinit. Wilbur-Creston-Keller was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Wellpinit apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.
Wellpinit got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Danea Norman out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 16 rebounds. Norman is absolutely dominating the rebound category: she's posted at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Kipri Denison, who scored 17 points along with five steals.
