Soccer Recap: Washington-Liberty Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Washington-Liberty's offense. They fell just short of the Centreville Wildcats by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. Washington-Liberty were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Centreville apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Washington-Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. Centreville has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Washington-Liberty will be playing in front of their home fans against McLean at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Centreville, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Centreville face off against Falls Church at 7:15 p.m. on April 2.
