Soccer Recap: High Point Central Takes a Loss

High Point Central lost against Ledford back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bison lost 5-1 to the Panthers. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but High Point Central couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Wilkenson Tall, who's now up to 12 this season.

High Point Central's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10-2. As for Ledford, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season.

High Point Central will welcome Randleman at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Ledford, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Montgomery Central on the 22nd.
