 Stanton County won the last time they faced Satanta, and things went their way  on Thursday too. The Stanton County Trojans were the clear victor by  a  16-2 margin over the Satanta Indians. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Stanton County.
  David Crane made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He  tossed three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (he also didn't allow any  walks). Crane was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-4 with a  triple, a  run,  and  an  RBI.
 In other batting news, Stanton County got a  massive  performance out of  Eduardo Rodriguez, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.  Alvin Solis was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
 Stanton County's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Satanta, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Stanton County will be staying on the road  on Tuesday to face off against Springfield at 3:00  p.m. As for Satanta, they will stay at home for another  game and welcome Spearville on Thursday.
