Basketball Game Preview: Remington Broncos vs. Trinity Celtics

Remington and Trinity are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2017, but not for long. The Remington Broncos will be playing at home against the Trinity Celtics on Friday. Remington's defense has only allowed 29 points per game this season, so Trinity's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Remington is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They enjoyed a cozy 52-35 win over Classical on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Trinity came into Tuesday's game having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 48-38 victory over Ell-Saline on Tuesday.

Remington's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.7 points per game. As for Trinity, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Remington strolled past Trinity when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a score of 54-35. Will Remington repeat their success, or does Trinity have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
