            Basketball Recap: West Clermont Wolves vs. Milford Eagles        
        
		
        
        
            West Clermont was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They came up short against  the Milford Eagles, falling  68-46. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  65-61  back in December of 2024.
 Milford was led to victory by  Camron Arington and  Sloan Gormley.  Arington  went 9 for 16  on his way to 27 points and six  boards, while  Gormley  went 6 of 11 from beyond the arc en route to 24  points. Those 24  points gave  Gormley a new career-high.  Dillon Grimes was another key player,  putting up five points and eight  rebounds.
West Clermont's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Milford, their record now sits at 5-8.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Clermont will venture away from home to  face off against Little Miami  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Milford, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Walnut Hills  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Milford is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.8  points per game  this season.
