Basketball Recap: Cordova Snags Seventh Victory in Last Nine Games

Cordova lost to Kodiak back in February of 2019, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Cordova Wolverines came out on top against the Kodiak Bears by a score of 44-35.

Cordova is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Kodiak, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

Coming up, Cordova won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Mountain City Christian Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Cordova is facing Mountain City Christian Academy at the right time seeing as Mountain City Christian Academy is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Kodiak, they will head out on the road to square off against Palmer at 7:30 p.m. on February 21st.
