Recap: Plainfield Quakers vs. Northview Knights        
        
		
            
 Make it five blowout wins for the Plainfield Quakers this season. They blew past Northview, posting a  76-44 victory on the road. 76 seems to be a good number for Plainfield as the  team scooped up a  victory with the same number of  points in their previous game.
 Plainfield's win  on Saturday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Collin Schmidt, who  scored 16 points along with five  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Noah Smith, who  scored 18 points along with eight  rebounds and two  blocks.
 Northview's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Brayden Goff, who  scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Peyton Mccullom, who  scored nine points.
 Plainfield has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Northview, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Plainfield will  take on Mooresville at 7:45  p.m.  on Friday. The timing isn't great for Mooresville: they have been struggling with five straight losses at home, while Plainfield has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road. Northview will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Terre Haute North Vigo at 7:30  p.m.  on January 24th. Terre Haute North Vigo will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
