Basketball Recap: Albert Lea Comes Up Short

Albert Lea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 93-43 loss at the hands of the Owatonna Huskies. The match marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Albert Lea's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Owatonna, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Albert Lea will welcome St. Charles at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Owatonna, they will look to defend their home court on Sunday against Stillwater at 7:30 p.m.
