Kennard-Dale waltzed into their match on Thursday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came out on top against the Octorara Area Braves by a score of 6-3. That's two games straight that the Rams have won by exactly three runs.

Jake Harris made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, earning one RBI, one run, and one stolen base. That run was his first of the season.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Noah Hoffer, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one run. Micah Smith was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Kennard-Dale's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games.
