Softball Recap: Haverford Fords vs. Conestoga Pioneers

Haverford lost to Conestoga back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Fords came out on top against the Pioneers by a score of 4-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Fords.

Ali Daly spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on five hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in seven consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Lexie Vesco was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two RBI, and one double. That home run was her first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brenna Carfrey, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.
