Basketball Recap: Umatilla Comes Up Short

Umatilla and Crescent City squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Umatilla had to settle for second. They took a 69-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crescent City Raiders. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured nine defeats in a row.

Umatilla's loss dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Crescent City, their win bumped their record up to 6-13.

Umatilla does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Crescent City, they will face off against The Villages Charter on Wednesday. The Villages Charter will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Crescent City surely won't give up without a fight.
