Baseball Recap: West Branch Takes a Loss

West Branch managed to slip by Regina the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bears came up short against the Regals on Monday, falling 18-2. The Bears were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Regals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in June of 2024.

West Branch has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-13 record this season. As for Regina, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: West Branch beat the Regals by a score of 5-4 later that day.
