Meanwhile, Denver Waldorf fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Golden View Classical Academy on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 67-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sentinels. The Spartans' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
Denver Academy of Torah will have to keep a close watch on Henry Lottridge and Cayden Quinn, a pair of players who had a big impact on Denver Waldorf's prior game. Lottridge dropped a double-double on 26 points and 11 rebounds, while Quinn put up 19 points in addition to seven assists and five boards. Quinn has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last 29 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Israel Bailey, who posted seven points.
