Football Recap: Frontier Comes Up Short

Frontier lost against Kenmore West back in September of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Falcons came up short against the Blue Devils, falling 40-20. On the bright side, the 20- point effort marked the Falcons' highest-scoring contest to date.

Frontier's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Kenmore West, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Frontier will venture away from home to challenge Hutchinson-Central Tech/Emerson Vo-Tech/City Honors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons will be up against the Engineers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 43 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Kenmore West, they will welcome Sweet Home at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. This will be the Blue Devils' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
