Basketball Recap: Eastern Piles Up the Points Against Phoenix

On Monday, the Eastern Quakers blew past the Phoenix Falcons, posting a 55-14 win.

Eastern's victory bumped their record up to 3-14. As for Phoenix, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Coming up, Eastern will challenge Haslett at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Haslett knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight matchups -- so hopefully Eastern likes a good challenge. As for Phoenix, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Falcons duke it out with the Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
